The on-site top-notch steak restaurant was a highlight, and the downtown location was perfect for exploring. The impeccable service from valet to check-out made us feel truly valued, despite some drawbacks with parking and check-in. The staff's attentiveness and care for guests stood out, and the proximity to various landmarks like the Law Enforcement Memorial and the Tennessee Aquarium provided great family bonding experiences during our stay. The indoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxation, enhancing our overall enjoyment.

Staff were super friendly & accommodating, valet made the parking fun, comfortable premier room. Great location near dining and shopping.

Clean place & lovely and awesome staff who took our reservation. Exceptional and sumptuous rooms with large bathroom and shower, as for instance, nothing too much trouble. Private parking and great breakfast with quick Starbucks and even an option, as example.

The rooms at The Read House were amazing, luxurious, and all had private bathrooms. The hotel's central location was perfect, making it easy to access downtown attractions. Plus, it was conveniently close to a 24-hour restaurant, various dining options, and shopping spots.

In the sprawling Penthouse, we relished a cozy dinner with close buds. The Bar & Billiards Room was a hit with locals and guests alike. The New Year's Eve Cabaret Party was loaded with fun surprises.
